Achieving net zero energy on your project can be done cost effectively while eliminating your building's carbon footprint. This presentation will help you define what net zero energy means, understand the process and strategies available to reach the goal, and demonstrate actual results using three case studies with varying degrees of success from Philadelphia, New York and Florida. We believe it should not have to cost more to build green and that includes achieving net zero energy results as part of your LEED certification and these case studies will show you its possible on both large and small applications in retail, residential and commercial/institutional scale projects.
