The Northern Gulf Coast (NGC) Region is excited to be organizing another outstanding Green Apple Day of Service (GADS) project in our local community!

One of the best ways to "go green" is to improve the performance of an existing building. The NGC Region is working in conjunction with Pensacola State College to provide live demonstrations and hands-on activities for PSC students and NGC Region members who will be attending the event.

You’re invited to learn how to reduce your energy costs by watching a hands on showcase of practical, low cost strategies, which will consequently help to improve the indoor air quality, comfort, and durability of your home.

Included in the demonstration:

  • See how a blower door test works to discover leaks in walls, windows, doors, openings and outlets.
  • Watch demonstration of how to seal AC Ducts, Wall Outlets, Floor Outlets, Windows.
  • Find out what changing light bulbs to energy efficient LED will save you.
  • And More - Come visit us and be amazed at the simple ways you can make a big impact!
Contact David Lars Butler (850-336-9000) or Alessa Bastron (850-512-4316) with any questions.
