  • Generating the Statement of Energy Performance
  • Energy Audit 101: Finding savings opportunities
  • Get rewarded and certifying eligible properties
  • Tracking performance at multiple properties
  • Promoting your score to current and potential tenants

Instructors

Jeff Benavides, President, 15 Lightyears. Jeff is also a volunteer-member of USGBC Central Florida's Board of Directors -- see Jeff's bio here.

Jordan Hall, is the Senior Conservation Specialist at Orlando Utilities Commission. He has been a Certified Energy Manger, Measurement and Verification Professional, and Energy Auditor for more than 10 years, and has conducted hundreds of energy audits in Florida and Arizona. With more than 25 years in energy management controls systems and facilities/energy management, Jordan is particularly interested in operational and cultural changes to achieve energy reductions with little to no capital expenditures.
