Join USGBC Northeast Florida and AIA Jacksonville for this joint building tour of the Jacksonville Intercity Bus Terminal (IBT) Building.  The IBT is a new passenger facility for Greyhound Bus Lines that significantly enhances Greyhound's highway access and connection to multiple alternate means of transportation.   The approximately 9,100 square foot building will provide passenger services, driver amenities and food service.

Phase 1 for the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) being used by Greyhound and other bus services. The project is anticipating LEED Silver NC 2009 by focusing sustainable design efforts that provide the most community benefit.  The project will conform to all requirements of the Clean Air Action, Clean Water Act and Buy America. It plans to open in April 2018.  It's currently under construction for Phase II which will include a pedestrian bridge that will connect the IBT to a future JTA bus transfer station and JTA administration building.
