Join us for this special presentation of the iconic, award-winning Jessie Ball duPont Center, presented as a program of the USGBC Northeast Innovation Forum.

The Jessie Ball duPont Center brings together the Jacksonville community and its nonprofits in a setting that appreciates the region's rich history while responding to the demands of today. Housed in one of Jacksonville’s architectural jewels — the former Haydon Burns Library — the Jessie Ball duPont Center provides offices for nonprofits, and work and gathering spaces for the community in an energy-efficient environment with state-of-the-art technology.

Brooke Robbins, AIA, LEED AP, is the Principal Architect and Interior Designer of Robbins Design Studio P.A. She was the Project Architect and the Project Manager for the transformation of the Haydon Burns Library into the Jessie Ball duPont Center at her previous workplace.

Robbins Design Studio was established in the Fall of 2016, and focuses on commercial projects including historic renovations, hospitality, tenant build-outs, corporate offices, retail spaces, clinical, and military projects. Projects include both new construction and renovations of existing facilities. 

Brooke is a licensed Architect and Interior designer in the State of Florida, and also holds licenses in Georgia and Maryland. She graduated from the University of Florida with her Bachelors of Design in Architecture (2000) and her Masters of Architecture (2003). In 2015, Brooke was recognized as one of the Top 20 under 40 Professionals by Engineering News Record Southeast. Also in 2015, she was awarded the AIA Jacksonville Chapter Service Award for her work with the ACE Mentor Program of NE Florida.
